Return & Delivery Policy

Returns

We accept returns only in case of a manufacturing defect or a damaged product.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a return.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition and packaging

Refunds or store credit will be issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to review the product details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the Lebanese territory only. Orders placed from outside Lebanon are not eligible for delivery.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and product availability within Lebanon.
